“If you're in the Nashville area and looking for trimming/removal of trees in tricky/tight spaces, look no further! I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Chop that I wanted to post one, as it would have been helpful in my search.

There were a few trees around my house that were a bit of a nuisance and were too large and close to structures for me to safely remove. I reached out to Chop Nashville and JonEric was over within a week for a consult. JonEric was highly knowledgeable about the trees and best methods for removal, and speaking with him put my mind at ease that the work would be done safely and effectively. After the initial meeting, Chop worked with me to decide which work would be most impactful for our enjoyment of the space as well as the overall well-being of the property, while staying within my budget.

Once I accepted the quote through their online portal, Chop had a team out to my house within a week. My particular job involved the removal and stump grinding of four trees near my house/carport, as well as trimming a large hackberry which was hanging over the house. The team arrived promptly at 8:15am, and I could immediately tell that this is a professional operation. All team members were outfitted with appropriate PPE, and the equipment (crane, chipper) that they brought with them was impressive and fun to watch in action. I mention this because one of my major concerns with removing trees so close to my neighbor's house is that something would go wrong and damage property, I had no such worries with Chop on the job. By around lunch time, the team had removed/trimmed the trees and chipped the waste.

By the time the team left, it was impossible to tell that the trees had ever even been there (all debris gone, no marks from heavy equipment on property). Overall, Chop Nashville was competitively priced, offered excellent service, and was a pleasure to deal with.”

“These guys know what they are doing. I have a 150-year-old white pine in my yard that is forked. I noticed a split in the fork and I was terrified that it would fall on someone. They called me right back (no one else would return my calls), and set up a consultation estimate immediately. It was going to be awhile before they could get to it, so they put a temporary cable in the top to stabilize it. When my time came, they worked for 5 days and put 2 6-foot bolts in the trunk [and] a metal cable in the top to hold it together. They also trimmed a lot of the weight off.
